...FALL IN LOVE WITH AUTUMN IN ARKANSAS...
Still embracing the orange hues of autumn that are inspiring me this month...
...DECORATING FOR FALL WITH AUTUMN INSPIRATION...
As with Halloween, Thanksgiving can be an easy transition too! If the autumn design is a good foundation, you can simply pluck out the Halloween items & insert the Thanksgiving items for a quick design with minimal effort!
...FALL INTO ORGANIZING IN AUTUMN...
The office is another great small space that can be tackled in a day. Go through the drawers, cabinets, shelves, & closet (if it has one). Add some containers to organize small items & keep them handy.
Use several boxes or totes to help sort items like paper, keep, & give away items.
Coming up with an efficient & accessible paper management system is important to keep the office a clutter free zone.
Create a new layout by moving some furniture around for a layout with a better view or walkway! Cord clutter can often be visual chaos or a safety hazard. There are many ways to solve this issue. It really depends on your project.
...CREATING COLORFUL ART FOR AUTUMN...
Reuse some of the pumpkins in the fall decor as part of the indoor art for Thanksgiving. Pumpkins make great festive pots for a favorite plant or bouquet. They also make a whimsical tealight luminary for the table or mantel. You can find pretty much any shape, size, color, & texture of pumpkin out there to accomplish your fall design this Thanksgiving!

Pumpkin French Toast with Pumpkin Spice & Cream Cheese Filling
Pumpkin Spice is the smell of the season & breakfast is just the time to indulge in that craving. I started with pumpkin spice bread, mixed together the egg batter, blended the cream cheese filling, & topped it off with syrup & pecans!
I usually make my filling 1st & store it in the fridge till I'm ready to use it...
Cream Cheese Filling Ingredients:
*1 Tbs. Vanilla
*1 pk. Cream Cheese
*1 C. Powder Sugar
*1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
*1 Tbs. Pumpkin Pie Spice
French Toast Ingredients:
*1 pk. Tbs. Vanilla
*1 C. Almond Milk
*Pumpkin Spice Bread
*1 Tbs. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Heat your griddle or pan while mixing the egg mixture. I use a pie plate for the custard mixture to coat the bread. This allows me to have a shallow dish for quickly dipping the bread & transferring it to the griddle. Beat the eggs til completely incorporated. Add the vanilla, spice, & almond milk, then beat again. Once all ingredients are well mixed, dip the bread into the egg mixture & place them on a hot griddle or pan. Let the bread brown on each side for about 4 mins.
Pipe the filling onto the bottom layer & top with the next piece of french toast. You can add any toppings your like, but my favorites are bananas, butter, pecans, & syrup!
Art is an awesome thing when you have the right pieces. Aesthetic art is just to look at, but applied art is functional as well as good looking!
Being organized is a life skill that starts with knowing how to be organized & how to maintain that organization. It's your life, let's take it back!
